You will also have an opportunity to experience the technique while being guided through a few rounds with Jenny during this video. By the end of this 45-minute workshop, we hope you feel confident to use this technique on your own and can add it to your resource toolbox and use it to help you validate and manage big emotions like anxiety, fear, uncertainty, and overwhelm.

About Jenny Opdycke, PAC:

Jenny Opdycke is a certified Physician Assistant and the Wellness Director and Co-Owner of SWMI Health Matters. Jenny is passionate about empowering patients to reclaim their natural state of health and well-being utilizing the best aspects of traditional and integrative medicine.

Jenny graduated in 2003 from Western Michigan University and has been practicing medicine for over 15 years.
